SVI3 Analyzer

SVI3 protocol is for power management and developed by AMD.
SVI3 voltage is between 1.08V to 1.98V, maximum frequency at 50MHz and is 3 wires：SVC/SVD/SVT.

Upon request by user who is approved by AMD. SVI3 decode, trigger and protocol analyzer are supported ONLY by MSO3124H or MSO3124V or MSO2216B.
