Acute announced the DP_Aux 2.1 trigger and protocol for its logic analyzer models
The Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) has recently announced the introduction of the all-new DisplayPort 2.1 standard, aimed at enhancing its integration with USB-C and USB 4 interfaces while introducing new bandwidth management features.
DisplayPort 2.1 will replace the previous DisplayPort 2.0 standard and provide compatibility with various form factors, including full-sized DisplayPort connectors, Mini DisplayPort, and USB-C, among others. Additionally, the new standard supports DisplayPort Alt Mode, allowing for daisy-chaining multiple sets of display output devices through USB 4.
The DP_Aux 2.1 decoding functionality is available as a free upgrade in the entire series of logic analyzer products from Acute Technology Inc. Please refer to the list below for supported trigger and protocol functionality:
