Effective immediately, Acute ceases product support services for the following models. Please take note of the listed models and their respective dates:
Immediate discontinuation of support for the following models:
- TB1000 Series: TB1016F, TB1016E, TB1016B, TB1016B+
Support available until Dec.31, 2028; Official discontinuation of support starting Jan. 1, 2029, for the following models:
- TB2000 Series: TB2016F, TB2016E, TB2016B
- TS2000 Series: TS2202E, TS2212E, TS2212A, TS2202F, TS2212F, TS2212B, TS2212H
- TL3000 Series: TL3017E, TL3134E, TL3134B, TL3234B+

While hardware repair services will no longer be provided in the future, essential software updates will still be offered.
