Acute Technology Inc. Announces TDM Protocol Decoding Support

[March 27, 2025] – Acute Technology Inc. has announced the support for TDM (Time-Division Multiplexing) protocol decoding across its logic analyzers and MSO series mixed signal oscilloscopes.

TDM Audio (Time Division Multiplexing Audio) is a method of transmitting multiple audio channels over a single data line (or a pair of lines) by dividing the transmission into time slots. It is commonly used in digital audio systems to efficiently handle and transfer multiple audio streams, especially in professional audio, consumer electronics, and automotive applications.

Acute Technology Inc. products are often used in the development and testing of consumer electronics, automotive electronics, industrial control and communication equipment. The newly added TDM protocol decoding will enable customers to debug audio and data transmission systems more efficiently.

TDM decoding is now available in software updates for all Logic Analyzer (LA) and Mixed Signal Oscilloscope (MSO) products. Users can obtain support through downloading the latest software.
