Reliable Signal Quality: LA4000 retains the features of active probes and support for stacked oscilloscopes, ensuring users achieve more efficient and reliable results during testing and analysis.
【LA4000 vs LA3000+】
The LA4000 features a maximum sampling rate of up to 4GHz and introduces the dedicated LA4G POD (16 channels).
The LA4000 supports more channels for transitional storage, with 32 channels available for timing analysis at 2.4GHz, compared to LA3000+’s 28 channels.
The LA4000"s state analysis (State mode) is able to capture signals up to 400MHz.
The LA4000 introduces the LA POD2 (32Ch), which is also compatible with the LA3000+. However, it offers superior signal quality.
New BF7264 Pro Protocol Analyzer
The BF7264 Pro protocol analyzer offers the flexibility to select from various protocol analysis modules, including eDP1.4a, eMMC 5.1, MIPI D-PHY 1.2, NAND Flash, SD 3.0 (SDIO 3.0), SD 4.1 (UHS-II), SGMII, and UFS2.1. These modules enable the instrument to support a wide range of communication protocols, meeting the requirements of diverse application scenarios.
【BF7264 Pro vs BF7264B/B+】
LA Probe Upgrade
BF7264 Pro paired with LA Probe: The maximum sampling rate is 4GHz.
When using transitional storage, BF7264 Pro paired with LA Probe: The number of channels available for use will not be reduced.
BF7264 Pro paired with LA Probe: In State mode analysis, it is able to capture signals up to a maximum of 400MHz.
